Blazer Buddy Program

Ï㽶ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø has an initiative to help support new full-time staff employees during their first 90 days of employment. Interested new hires are paired with registered Buddies (must be staff employed over 6 months). See instructions on how to register below. 

Please note that Buddy pairings are not always guaranteed and are based on current Buddy availability.

The program aims to partner a new hire with a current employee who will primarily offer advice and guidance regarding the day-to-day aspects of Ï㽶ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø. As a knowledge resource, they will offer encouragement as they help introduce the new hire to Ï㽶ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø culture. 

Some of the many benefits of being a Buddy for current employees are recognition and an expanded network while the new employee receives a smoother acclimation period. A win-win scenario for Ï㽶ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø!
