To access your Qualtrics account:

  2. Select Qualtrics from the Quick Links on your MyÏ㽶ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø homepage.

First time in Qualtrics?

To activate your new Qualtrics accounts, follow the steps listed above to log in.

When you log in for the first time, you will receive a prompt asking if you have an account. Select “NO”. You will also be prompted to accept the terms of service. This will then trigger your account creation.
