Legacy Built, Future Inspired: Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµ¹ÙÍø Honors Retiring Faculty and Staff

Pictured are Dr. Bill Crowe, interim president of Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµ¹ÙÍø, and Dr. Sheri Gravett, associate provost for academic programs and services in the Division of Academic Affairs and soon-to-be retiree. Gravett has served Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµ¹ÙÍø since 1989.

VALDOSTA — Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµ¹ÙÍø recently hosted its annual Retiree Recognition Ceremony and Celebration in honor of 20 faculty and staff members who are retiring during the 2025-2026 academic year.

“We are proud to recognize and celebrate this group of retirees,” said Dr. Bill Crowe, interim president of Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµ¹ÙÍø. “Their years of dedicated service have left an enduring mark on our institution and the South Georgia area we call home. Through their commitment, expertise, and passion, they have played a vital role in fostering an environment where students can learn, grow, and succeed. We honor their service, celebrate their accomplishments, and wish them fulfillment, joy, and continued success in all that lies ahead.”
