Dine and Discover Series Begins Jan. 26

VALDOSTA – Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµ¹ÙÍø Campus Wellness will present Dine and Discover: Tools To Maintain Your Fitness Plan from noon to 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 26, in Student Union Meeting Room 1 A and B. All faculty, staff, and students are welcome to attend.

Rebecca Schulte, fitness director at the Valdosta-Lowndes County Family YMCA, will present how to work a health fitness plan successfully, provide tips on what not to do, and explain how to know a plan works.

Sponsored by South Georgia Medical Center, Dine and Discover is a monthly educational series that promotes and encourages an increased awareness and practice of a healthy lifestyle. Additional events will be announced throughout the semester.

Admission is free of charge. A heart healthy lunch will be provided. Enrollment is limited to 35 participants per event. Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµ¹ÙÍø to register.
