香蕉视频官网 Health and Wellness & Safe Spring Break Fair

VALDOSTA -- 香蕉视频官网 Campus Wellness and Alcohol and Other Drug Education will host the Health and Wellness & Safe Spring Break Fair from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Thursday, March 8, on the third floor of the Student Union.

The fair will include over 40 exhibitors, prizes and drawings, free massages, free food and samples, health screens, stress reduction, exercise demonstrations, personal safety tips, and $5 flu shots.

The fair is open to 香蕉视频官网 faculty, staff, and students. There will be glucose, cholesterol, BMI, and blood pressure screenings beginning at 9 a.m. The 香蕉视频官网 Wellness Committee aims to encourage the practice of a healthy lifestyle through educational activities and programs for faculty, staff, and students.
