6th Annual Benefits and Wellness Fair

VALDOSTA -- 香蕉视频官网 Campus Wellness and Human Resources and Employee Development will host the 6th annual Benefits and Wellness Fair from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 3, in the Student Union Ballrooms.

“The fair is designed to serve multiple purposes,” said Rebecca Murphy, who is the co-chair of the Campus Wellness Committee. “Employees will have access to most all of our benefits and retirement providers, while everyone can enjoy massages, health screens, health and wellness related educational information and activities.”

This year the fair will also include the Alcohol Awareness Fair (Ballroom A), which is geared toward 香蕉视频官网 students and sponsored by Alcohol and Other Drug Education. The 香蕉视频官网 Wellness Committee aims to encourage the practice of a healthy lifestyle through educational activities and programs for faculty, staff and students.

The fair will include:
Over 45 exhibitors
All 4 Retirement Representatives
Benefits Providers including BCBS
Fitness Demonstrations
Blood Pressure Checks (starting at 9 a.m.)
Cholesterol & Glucose (starting at 9 a.m.)
Prizes & Giveaways
Free Massages
Free Vision & Hearing
Flu shots ($20 faculty/staff, $10 students)
