Coggins Joins 香蕉视频官网 Internal Audits Staff

VALDOSTA - Heidi Schroer Coggins, C.P.A., recently joined the staff of 香蕉视频官网’s Department of Internal Audits.

The 香蕉视频官网 alumna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and has extensive experience in various areas of expertise, predominately public accounting. She has received numerous scholarships and was nominated to "Who’s Who Among College Students” and the National Deans List. She also is the local treasurer for the Georgia Society of Public Accountants and is a member of Crossroads Baptist Church, Valdosta.

As part of the staff, Coggins will provide an independent appraisal of financial, operational and control activities. Internal auditors report on the adequacy of internal controls, the accuracy and propriety of transactions, the extent to which assets are accounted for and safeguarded, and compliance with institutional policies and government laws and regulations. Additionally, her department is responsible for providing analysis, recommendations, counsel and information concerning the activities reviewed.
