Student Leadership Conference at Ï㽶ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø
The Dean of Students Office at Ï㽶ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø will
host its second LeaderQuest conference, "Everyday Superheroes," on
February 18, 2006, in the Hugh C. Bailey Science Center Auditorium,
from 9 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. This year's speaker is Troy Danahey,
corporate director of sales education for Sealy Inc.
LeaderQuest is a campus organization that seeks to increase
students' awareness of their leadership abilities, assist students
to serve and lead on campus and in the community, and encourage a
lifelong commitment to practicing leadership and service. The
leadership conference is open to all Ï㽶ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø students, and students
from several universities across the state have also been invited
to participate.
The $10 registration fee includes lunch and a conference T-shirt.
