Two Ï㽶ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø Professors become Kappa Delta Pi Members

Two Ï㽶ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø faculty members have been awarded membership into the Kappa Delta Pi honor society. Dr. Mylan Redfern and Dr. Julia M. Reffel along with 41 graduate and undergraduate majors in the College of Education were recently selected for Ï㽶ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø's Kappa Delta Pi chapter.

Kappa Delta Pi, an international honor society in education, elects members based on high personal standards, a promise in teaching and allied professions and those who exhibit the ideals of scholarship. Selection is based on high academic achievement, a commitment to education as a career, and a professional attitude that assures steady growth in the education profession. The chapter was chartered at Ï㽶ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø in March 2004.
