2. Design & Approval

Our team ensures designs meet Ï㽶ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø branding standards and provides necessary revisions and updates. Approved projects are then prepared for printing, digital distribution, or web publishing.

To ensure efficiency, submit content in a Word document or copyable PDF. We do not accept Microsoft Publisher files.

Photos & Images:

  • Ensure high resolution (300 dpi for print, 72 dpi for web).
  • Submit original image files—no embedded images in documents.
  • Ensure that you do not use copyrighted photos.
  • For photos, see our  or contact Design for stock images.
  • To request new photos, contact Photography.

Turnaround times vary based on project size:

  • Small projects (flyers, web graphics, stationery): ~3+ weeks
  • Large projects (brochures, booklets, ads): ~6+ weeks
  • New photography requests may extend timelines.

For certain projects (e.g., magazine ads, billboards, web ads), provide the required dimensions.

  • Keep your project in-house for design and printing with Marketing & Design Services and the on-campus Print Shop.
  • All externally distributed materials must be reviewed and approved to ensure compliance with .
  • If the on-campus Print Shop cannot meet specific needs, an external vendor may be selected.
