The Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµ¹ÙÍø Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit tax-exempt corporation organized under the laws of the state of Georgia and Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, as amended.  The Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµ¹ÙÍø Foundation, Inc. was founded in 1963 to support a variety of endeavors, all in support of the mission of Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµ¹ÙÍø.  Gifts to the Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµ¹ÙÍø Foundation, Inc. provide scholarship opportunities for Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµ¹ÙÍø students, research support of faculty and students, assistance with scholarly travel opportunities for faculty and students, facility enhancements, equipment purchases, and many other donor-directed initiatives.

The mission of the Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµ¹ÙÍø Foundation, Inc. is to support the development of educational excellence at Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµ¹ÙÍø.  It does so by attracting and involving leaders from among the University’s alumni and friends in this endeavor.  The Foundation’s primary efforts shall be directed toward attracting, receiving, investing, managing, and expending gifts and other resources designated for the educational programs of the University.
