Dr. Pamela Dobbins earned an Ed.D. in Adult Learning and Development from Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµ¹ÙÍø in 2023, building on an M.Ed. in ACED–CTE (2001) and a BSN in Nursing (1985) from the same institution. With a background spanning nursing, workforce education, and career and technical education, Dr. Dobbins has taught and supported learners across a wide range of professional and academic settings. Her work focuses on adult learning and development, particularly the needs of non-traditional students and the factors that influence their persistence and success. She is also deeply engaged in workforce education and
development, with a commitment to strengthening CTE pathways and improving student outcomes.
