Dr. Lorraine Schmertzing is a professor in the Department of Leadership, Technology, and Workforce Development at Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµ¹ÙÍø. She earned her Ed.D. in Educational Management from the University of West Florida in 2000, an M.A. in Communication Arts from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 1986, and a B.A. in Radio, Television, and Film from Baylor University in 1982. Her research interests include qualitative research, culture, and instructional technology.
