Lynette Hepburn-Richardson is a doctoral student in Adult and Career Education with over 30 years of international business and entrepreneurship experience, and more than a decade of service in higher education at Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµ¹ÙÍø (Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµ¹ÙÍø) and South Georgia State College. She holds a Bachelor in Political Science, a Master in Public Administration, and a Master of Education.

At Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµ¹ÙÍø, Lynette serves as the Student Career Counselor and liaison for multiple colleges. She is the current Chair of the Council on Student Affairs (COSA) and was honored with the Presidential Excellence Award in 2024. She is also a former member of the University Council Plus.

An active member of the National Career Development Association (NCDA), Lynette conducts research and presents through her role as Co-Chair of the Research and Writing Committee. She also serves on the GACE Career Fair Committee, and on campus contributes to the Mental Health Task Force. Lynette advises student organizations such as CARIBSA and the National Society of Collegiate Scholars (NSCS).
