Biography

Dr. Dasher is a Lecturer in the Undergraduate Nursing Program at Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµ¹ÙÍø. She earned her BSN in 1991, MSN as an Adult Nurse Practitioner in 2009, a Post-Master’s Certificate as a Family Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in 2015, and her DNP in 2025. With over 20 years of critical care nursing experience and more than 15 years as a nurse practitioner, she integrates her clinical expertise into teaching. She also maintains a private psychiatric practice one day per week. Her academic interests focus on mental health, stress management in healthcare, and strategies to support student success.
